In 2024, Luke O'Brien and Chris Lerch looked at a canned cocktail market full of beaches and palm trees and asked: what's just as universally loved as the beach? Pizza. The drink wasn't pizza — it just paired perfectly with it.

People thought the idea was crazy. They went all in anyway, partnering with Flavorman to craft premium canned cocktails with real sugar, real ingredients, and zero artificial sweeteners — then built the brand in public through content, storytelling, and a lot of hustle.

Since launching in January 2025, Not Pizza has grown into 150+ accounts across Southeastern Pennsylvania. Because it was never about fitting in — it's about great drinks, having fun, and pairing perfectly with pizza on a Friday night.
